A Letter to Regulators

re: naked shorting...the DTCC and the SEC

I'm a 43 year old executive vice president employed by a mid sized REIT in the south. I'm not politically inclined and have no affiliation with either party. I've enjoyed a modicum of success in my "business life", and consequently have had an increasing amount of discretionary income to invest. I started investing approximately 5 years ago in earnest, and I can tell you after considerable experience and much research, I've concluded that Wall Street, its pawns and the whole regulatory maize established to protect investors is rife with corruption, lies, manipulation and misdeeds.

We, in the know, have connected the dots and now realized the breadth of the scam being perpetrated against the American people. The DTCC is at the heart of the problem. In my opinion, they are a lawless and nefarious group of thieves who have essentially had a license to stealf for years without so much as a regulatory glance. The SEC, in my opinion, is merely a training camp for a loose federation of bumbling bureaucrats whose sole intent is to look the other way while at the commission because the rewards for doing so are to become gainfully employed by the "big brokerage" houses in later life. In other words....working for the SEC is like going through an initiation to ensure one is "thief material". Look at the record yourself...and if l'm lying, you tell me the truth.

The naked shorting problem is horrific and a treasonous offense being perpetrated on the American people. YOU know it. I know it...and the SEC has known about it for years and has done nothing to fix it. I'm a proud American. I hope you know that your inactions or inability to stop these crimes will eventually kill this nation. More and more people are learning of this massive conspiracy and coverup. It's beginning to receive press in a variety of periodicals. Its just a matter of time before this thing explodes in your collective faces.

Maybe this country isn't a democracy anymore. Maybe we aren't a sovereign nation anymore. But, I will tell you this...YOU can only suppress the collective will of the people and the truth for so long before you have anarchy...Do you really want this for your children? What kind of world are they going to inherit? Could you defend your actions or lack thereof in front of them? Could you defend your complicity in this conspiracy in front of GOD? Ask yourselves those questions. You know what the problem is...Don't say that you don't or that you are TRYING to fix it. That is insulting to us. FIX IT or this problem will eventually fix you. This will either be your finest hour or your darkest moment. Trick or Treat.
